June is well under way and summer is nearly here!!
With summer comes barbecues and visitors!
Here's a different burger for you to try on the BBQ or the frying pan.
1 pound lean ground pork
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. thyme
pinch ground ginger
Mix everything together, in a bowl.
Shape into four patties. Fry or BBQ until meat is
thoroughly cooked through. Serve on hamburg buns with
all your favourite toppings.
I have to double this for my guys!!
